2. Website hosting (Netlify)

This website is hosted by Netlify. When the website is accessed, technically necessary connection and access data may be processed, including IP address, browser and device information, time of access and requested content. This processing is necessary for the secure and reliable provision of the website.

Netlify, Inc. is based in the USA. Personal data may therefore also be processed outside the European Union or European Economic Area. Netlify states that it uses safeguards including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, for transfers to the USA where applicable, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and functional website).

3. Mini-book, newsletter and forms (MailerLite)

We use MailerLite to provide the mini-book and, with your consent, to send occasional information from New Dimension Golf by email. Registration uses a double opt-in process. This means that your subscription is only activated after you confirm your email address.

The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in our emails.

MailerLite is operated by MailerLite, Inc., USA. Data processing may also involve infrastructure providers such as Google Cloud in the European Economic Area. Appropriate safeguards are used where personal data is transferred internationally.

4. Cookies and local storage

The static website itself currently uses no advertising or analytics trackers. The embedded MailerLite form may use technically necessary browser storage to display and process the form correctly, for example to remember whether a form has already been shown or submitted.

If you contact us by email, WhatsApp or telephone, the data you provide is processed so that we can respond to your enquiry. Where the enquiry relates to a potential or existing contractual relationship, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR may apply.

6. Appointment booking (Zeeg)

If appointment booking via Zeeg is offered, data entered there may be processed by Zeeg for the purpose of arranging the appointment. Please also refer to Zeeg's own privacy information.

7. Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations. Newsletter data is retained until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe.

8. Recipients

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with service providers where this is necessary to operate the website, deliver emails, arrange appointments or respond to enquiries.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you may have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.

This website uses HTTPS encryption to protect data transmitted between your browser and the website.
